Checking this week’s cross country rankings from the Iowa High School Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches: In Class 3A Boys, Grinnell is eighth and Pella tenth.  For 3A Girls, Pella is third and Grinnell 13^th.  In 2A Boys, Albia is ranked 14^th.  And Pekin’s boys and girls are both ranked seventh in Class 1A.  Individually, in 3A Boys, Oskaloosa’s Carter Huyser is ranked eighth, with Grinnell teammates Matthew Cunningham and Joe Simon 15^th and 16^th respectively, and Pella’s Josiah Wittenberg 30^th.  In 3A girls, Caroline McMullin of Pella is 13^th with Mary Blanchard of Grinnell 15^th.  Landon Noe of Albia is ranked 25^th in 2A boys; In 1A boys, Pekin teammates Brady Millikin and Colten Glosser are ranked 26^th and 30^th, respectively.  And in 1A girls, Cheyenne Shaw of North Mahaska is ranked 16^th and Pekin’s Remi Duwa is 24^th.
