On Saturday, September 24th, the Vines of Life-Walk for a Cure and Sip for a Cure will begin at 9:00 am. During the Walk & Sip for a Cure, there will be Free blood sugar testing, sponsored by Mahaska Health Partnership from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. From 11:00 am to 4:00 pm enjoy Wood Fired Oven Pizza ($1 from each pizza sale donated to ACS-Relay for Life), Pizzas are $12.00.

Take a walk through the vineyards at Tassel Ridge Winery and make a difference in the fight against all types of cancer. Walk individually or form a team in support of a cancer survivor, someone who is currently fighting against cancer, or in memory of loved ones lost. All proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society®-Relay for Life.

Registration for Walk for a Cure and Sip for a Cure is $30 and includes a t-shirt and a glass of wine, a soft drink, or a bottle of water.

Those unable to walk in the vineyards can participate in Sip for a Cure. Sit and sip a glass of wine, soft drink, or bottle of water and enjoy the view while watching the walk.
