Thursday, September 10th, at noon Mahaska County will be Pollinators and Growing Herbs. Learn about attracting bees, birds, and butterflies. Then we will focus on growing, harvesting and preserving culinary herbs. Nathan Brockman and Susan Appleget Hurst are the presenters.

You may bring your meal to the program. It is open to the public and free to attend. Prior registration is not required, but appreciated. The workshop is geared to those who garden and or are wanting to learn about the specific gardening topic. Anyone who is interested in the topic is encouraged to attend.
