Day of Caring – Community for a Cause will take place on Wednesday, September 23rd. The day will be split into two shifts, with a Volunteer Appreciation Lunch from 11:30 to 12:30pm. Volunteers can choose to work either the morning, afternoon, or all day. United Way matches each
volunteer team to projects based on their preferences and limitations. Projects range from simple clean-ups and painting, to minor construction work, so volunteers of all skill levels and abilities are welcomed to take part – everyone can do something!

Both Volunteer Team forms and Project Request forms are available at the United Way office located at 500 High Ave W, and online at unitedwaymahaska.org/day-caring.

Forms may also be requested by email at [email protected]. We ask that all forms be turned in no later than August 21st.
