Celebrate Oskaloosa is an event designed to highlight the very best of our community and the people who call it home.

There’s so much to celebrate, so there will be activities and events spanning the entire day from 8 AM – 10 PM. There will be something for everyone to do, so don’t miss out on all the fun!

Saturday, July 23rd
8 AM: Oskaloosa Marching Band Reunion
8-9 AM: Sunrise Yoga in the Park
8-11 AM: Shop the Oskaloosa Farmers’ Market
9-10 AM: Family Bike Ride
9:30-11:30 AM: Big Bear Puppeteer Program at Oskaloosa Public Library (shows start at 9:30 and 10:30)
10-11 AM: Smoothie Making at the Book Vault
10-4 PM: Support local businesses, shop local deals during Ridiculous Days.
11 AM-2 PM: Outdoor Dining at Hunter’s Cafe
All Day: Stop by the Southern Iowa Fair for fun activities all day long.

Sunday, July 24th
4-5 PM: Historical Tour (2 tours at 4 & 4:30 PM)
4-6 PM: Splash Pad with the Oskaloosa Fire Department
4-8 PM: Wanderlunch Food Truck
5-6 PM: Wine and Cheese Tasting
5-8 PM: Live Music (Artists TBA)
6-9 PM: Sno-Biz – FREE Shaved Ice!
6-8:30 PM: Family Fun Zone with games from Mahaska Drug
6-8:30 PM: YMCA Obstacle Course

8:30-10 PM: Movie in the Park
