Runners and walkers alike should prepare themselves for a colorful time on Saturday, June 18th during Heartland Pregnancy Center’s 5K Fundraiser at the Ottumwa Park – Jimmy Jones Shelter. As people make their way along the route they’ll pass through color stations where they’ll receive a liberal dusting of color. By the end of the run/walk, their clothing will be a work of art…and so will the participants! (Please wear a white or light-colored t-shirt if you wish for your color to be seen.) Registration will begin at 8:00 am, event starts at 9:00 am. Interested individuals are encouraged to pre-register by calling 641-683-3030. Pre-register before May 28 is $25. The cost includes an event t- shirt (one that you can keep nice & clean!). Register after May 28th and the fee is $30 (t-shirt not guaranteed).
