The Zac Brown Band added a very special gig to their 2019 tour roster on Wednesday (Feb. 20) when it was announced that they would open for the Rolling Stones.
Brown and company have been added to the bill for the Stones’ Apr. 24 show at TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville, the second date on the band’s No Filter U.S. tour.
The No Filter Tour kicks off on Apr. 20 with a show at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami and is currently slated to include dates in Houston, New Orleans, Glendale, Pasadena, Seattle, Denver, Washington, Philadelphia and Chicago.
“We finished off a few months ago in Europe and it just felt so good that when they said do you want to do the States? Yeah, because I didn’t want to get off, I mean I thought we were just getting going,” guitarist Keith Richards recently said.
The 13-stop tour will include the legendary band’s first stop in Denver in more than a decade and first play in Jacksonville in nearly 30 years.
