SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR WEDNESDAY, JAN. 3 THRU FRIDAY, JAN.5, 2018:
CORRECTION – Davis County Schools did hold session on Wednesday, Jan. 3.
Oskaloosa, Oskaloosa Christian School, Knoxville, EBF , Pella Community Schools and North Mahaska Schools will have a two hour late start through Friday, Jan. 5. Knoxville will also have no morning activities and no morning preschool.
Albia CSD – 2 hour delay, No AM preschool, No early dismissal (Wednesday, Jan. 3 only)
PCM, Lynnville-Sully and Sully Christian have a 2-hour delay with no AM preschool. (Wednesday, Jan. 3 and Thursday, Jan. 4.)
Melcher-Dallas schools are on a 90-minute delay through Friday, Jan. 5.
Little Creations Pre-School in Oskaloosa will have NO SCHOOL the rest of this week.
Peek-A-Boo Point Child Care and Learning Center is OPEN.
First Christian Reformed Church will NOT have GEMS & Cadets on Wednesday, Jan. 3.
Sigourney CSD will have a 2-hour delay on Thursday, Jan. 4 & Friday, Jan. 5. There will be no morning practices of any kind.
Twin Cedars will observe a 2-hour delay on Thursday, Jan. 4 and Friday, Jan. 5. No morning preschool.
Montezuma Schools will have a 2-hour late start on Thursday, Jan. 4 and Friday, Jan. 5 with no AM preschool.
Keota CSD will have a 2-hour late start on Thursday, Jan. 4. No morning activities.
Pekin Community Schools will be on a two hour delay Thursday, January 4th and Friday, January 5th. There will be no morning Pre-School, Career Academy or College Courses both days. The daycare will open at 8:00 a.m.
Lynnville-Sully and Sully Christian Schools will have a 2 hour delay on Thursday, Jan. 4. No AM preschool.
Due to the negative windchills, Ottumwa Schools will have a 2-hour delay start time on Thursday, January 4.
