Couple Admits To Hoarding Dogs

Christine Calvert and Mark Vattimo have one of the cuter hoarding problems. The Poway, California couple pleaded guilty to animal neglect after they were found to have more than 170 Yorkshire terriers and Yorkie mixes.

While definitely a fan of Yorkies, Calvert and Vattimo were awful dog owners. The pups were found in terrible condition, but luckily were able to be put up for adoption. Now, the couple faces probation and counseling and can’t own pets for a decade.

Woman Unexpectedly Gives Birth On The Street

A friend was on her way to drive Christine Harvey to the hospital after the Malden, Massachusetts woman complained of being in severe pain. But before her ride could arrive, Harvey went into labor and gave birth to a baby girl on her sidewalk.

“I thought it was her daughter’s doll,” one neighbor said. “No, it’s a baby, a baby.” The neighbors weren’t the only ones surprised by the new arrival. Harvey herself didn’t know she was pregnant.

According to Harvey’s boyfriend Doug Rogers, both mom and baby are doing well. What’s more, neighbors are pitching in to help the new parents who had no time to prepare for their new edition. Congrats to the shell-shocked parents!

Real Life Spider-Man Climbs Hotel Without Ropes

Alain Robert went to the penthouse of Melia Barcelona Sky hotel, but he didn’t use an elevator. Instead, the urban climber, known as the “French Spider-Man,” scaled to the top of the 29-story Spanish hotel without any ropes or harnesses.

Police questioned 54-year-old Robert once he reached the top, but was released without charges. No word yet on what his next climb will be.

Dispute over dog poop gets violent:

Ricardo Garcia Sanchez works, or probably worked, as a property maintenance worker in West Palm Beach, Florida and when he saw a tenant that he thought wasn’t cleaning up after his dog, Sanchez got angry. He grabbed the victim by the neck and began punching him before bringing out a knife. Sanchez ended up slicing his victim on the hand. The unidentified victim was taken to the hospital while Sanchez was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Woman attacks her husband with a glass cross:

This is certainly not what Jesus would do. Tina Abrams was fed up with her husband but instead of talking to him like the 49-year-old she is, the St. Petersburg, Florida resident clobbered her hubby with their glass cross. She reportedly hit her boo multiple times on the head with the religious symbol. He suffered cuts to his right temple and the upper left side of his head. It’s unclear what exactly Abrams was mad about, but she is now facing a felony domestic battery charge.

Lydia Marie Cormaney gets an A for effort. The 23-year-old was caught with nearly $1,900 worth of merchandise she was attempting to steal from a Gillette, Washington Walmart. In case you missed it, authorities then found thousands of dollars worth of stolen items in her dorm room. Her excuse? She was working on a term paper on kleptomania. Cops didn’t buy it. Cormaney is now facing three felony shoplifting charges.
