Genesis drummer and singer Phil Collins is set to celebrate the 45th anniversary of his debut solo album, Face Value, with the release of a deluxe 4-LP vinyl box set and a Blu-ray Audio edition on September 18.

Titled Face Value (Full Value), the vinyl collection includes a half-speed remaster of the original 1981 album, rare live recordings, previously unreleased performances, demos and outtakes, along with new liner notes featuring an interview with Collins.

A previously unreleased live version of “You Know What I Mean,” from the album, recorded live at Perkins Palace in Pasadena in 1982, has been shared as the first preview.

Among the unreleased material are live performances from Perkins Palace in 1982 and Irvine Meadows in 1985, an outtake of Collins’ cover of The Beatles’ “Tomorrow Never Knows,” and a full version of “Over The Rainbow.”

A separate Blu-ray Audio edition will feature new Dolby Atmos, 5.1 surround and stereo mixes by Steven Wilson, with the Atmos mix also available digitally.

Released in 1981, Face Value topped charts in the U.K., Canada and across Europe, reached the U.S. Top 10, and spawned the iconic hit “In The Air Tonight.”
