Man Accidentally Donates A Shirt With $8K In The Pocket
Bob Hoffmann is a good guy. He had been secretly saving up $10-thousand to take his wife on their dream vacation to Italy. When he had $8-thousand, a family member hit hard times and Bob decided to give them the cash. He took the money out of the bank and stashed it in an envelope inside one of his shirt pockets and hung the shirt in the closet.
Then, his wife Linda was going through clothes to donate to their Placentia, California Goodwill. Bob went in to the closet and grabbed a bunch of shirts to give, including the orange one with the envelope of cash inside. It took him two days to realize what happened.
The Hoffman’s then sped to Goodwill and explained the situation. After a day of searching, the shirt, and cash, were found in a bin of other men’s shirts. In return for their handwork and honesty, Linda is throwing a $400 pizza party for the Goodwill staff.

Teen Gets Into VIP Concert Section By Changing Band’s Wikipedia Page
If nothing else, Adam Boyd is very, very crafty. The British teenager went to see the band The Sherlocks but got their late and was left with a bad view. So, in case you missed it, he decided to edit The Sherlocks’ Wikipedia page to make himself a cousin of the lead singer.
“In my drunken state I edited the band’s Wikipedia page to say I was family, and it worked!” Boyd wrote on Facebook after his stunt worked. “I got into the roped off VIP area because of it.”
The band heard the story and shared a link on their Twitter with the caption “fair play mate, good effort.”

The National Grocers Association Has Named The Best Bagger In The Country
Did you know as long as you go grocery shopping and bag your own groceries, you’ve been training for a $10-thousand prize? Each year, the National Grocers Association names the best grocery bagger in the country and this year, 23-year-old Brady Long took home the title and the cash.
Long, an accounting student at the University of Akron, works at Buehler’s Fresh Foods so he does have experience. But when he first went to the national convention last year, he didn’t even place in the bagging competition. This year, he was more confident and had a two-prong plan: “go fast” and be “accurate.”
Judges look at speed of bagging, proper bag-building technique, weight distribution in the bag, as well as style, attitude and appearance. After winning the big prize, Long said he’s going to use the $10K to buy a new car.

STUPID CRIMINALS:
Utah couple charged with drone peeping:
Aaron Foote and his girlfriend Terisha Lee Norviel are the 2017 version of peeping Toms. The couple is facing misdemeanor voyeurism by electronic equipment charges after they used a drone to spy on multiple victims in Orem, Utah. How’d they get caught? One of their victims seized the drone when it touched down in a nearby church parking lot and turned it over to police. Unfortunately for Foote, there was footage of his car which police were able to trace back to him.
Police commissioner gets hit with a parking ticket:
Just because you’re police commissioner doesn’t mean you can get away with breaking the law- regardless of how seemingly small the crime is. Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross was hit with a parking ticket while at the Bellevue Hotel in Center City for a speaking engagement, despite the fact that his car was clearly labeled “police commissioner.” He has since paid the ticket.
Pet squirrel takes on home intruder:
We’ve all heard of a guard dog, but a guard squirrel? That’s new. Adam Pearl walked into his Meridian, Idaho house and knew something was wrong after noticing unusual prints in the snow and certain doors in his house closed that were normally left open. While his pet squirrel Joey was seemingly normal, he went into the back room and noticed scratches on the door, which confirmed his suspicions that someone had been in his house. Sure enough, a local cop had interviewed the man suspected of robbing Pearl and he admitted Joey “kept attacking me and wouldn’t stop until I left.” Now that’s a good pet!
