OFFBEAT NEWS:
Man Busted For Tattooing His Cat
A tattoo artist in Russia is in hot water after he chose his cat as his next client…again. Aleksandr Purtov, drugged then tattooed his hairless Sphynx cat Demon. For what it’s worth, he has regrets. Sort of.
“Of course I feel pity for doing it to him. It’s not like he wanted to do it himself,” Aleksadnr explains. “I hope it is not too bad for him, it is not his first tattoo. Usually he feels fine and recovers from the anaesthesia pretty fast.” He adds that he doesn’t see the difference between what he did to Demon and farmers who brand their livestock.
Animal activists, and animal lovers, definitely see the difference. As an animal activist explains, “The drug turns off the movement of the cat, but the brain is still working. If he does it frequently, it could affect its heart.”

Man Saves His Dog By Giving Her Mouth To Mouth
Trevor Jackson is a very dedicated pet owner. The Englishman was out for a walk with his dog Princess when the pooch passed out. Without a second thought, Jackson gave her mouth to mouth resuscitation.
“I opened her mouth and basically stuck my head in her mouth and started blowing air in,” he explains. “It’s amazing you can get your head right in there.”
A pair of women drove Johnson and Princess to the vet and apparently got them there just in time. “There was no time to stop and talk, but they’ve helped save her life,” Johnson adds. “The vets told me that she was minutes away from dying.” Princess was treated for a heart murmur and is now doing well.

Doctors Remove Live Cockroach From Woman’s Head
You’re going to want to sleep with a scuba mask on from now on. A 42-year-old woman from India woke up after feeling like something had crawled up her nose. Unfortunately for her, she was right.
“I could not explain the feeling, but I was sure it was some insect,” the woman, only identified as Selvi, explains. “There was a tingling, crawling sensation. Whenever it moved, it gave me a burning sensation in my eyes.”
She went to the doctor and after an examination, it was discovered a cockroach had nestled itself against the Selvi’s skull between her eyes. Eventually professionals were able to remove the bug and they said it’s a good thing Selvi didn’t ignore the sensation. The bug would have died and potentially caused a fatal infection.

STUPID CRIMINALS:
Man parks his truck on top of another car:
An 18-year-old parked his truck on top of another car and believe it or not, he isn’t the stupid one in the situation. That honor belongs to 53-year-old Adalberto Aponte. The High Springs, California man was driving recklessly and trailing closely behind the 18-year-old, who had his girlfriend and child in the car. At one point, Aponte got out of his car, walked up to the teenager driver’s open window and started punching the unnamed victim. That’s when Aponte mentioned having a gun. Traffic prevented the driver from fleeing, so instead he backed his car up on top of Aponte’s car. Witnesses confirmed the driver’s story and Aponte was arrested and is now facing burglary, battery, criminal mischief and driving with a suspended license charges. The creative parker wasn’t arrested.
