Brian May has launched “Save Me” perfume to make a significant contribution to the defense of wild animals’ wellness.
Part of the proceeds from the sale of the perfumes will be donated to May’s Save Me trust, which campaigns for wildlife protection. The animal welfare organization was founded in 2010 by the Queen guitarist and Anne Brummer.
Named after his band’s single “Save Me,” the perfume is the result of a collaboration between May, Brummer and Sergio Momo, CEO, and creative director of Xerjoff Group
May said, “I’m excited about this unique collaboration. My great friend Sergio Momo has, with great generosity, designed a new perfume to benefit wildlife, through the famous company he created – Xerjoff – working with the Save Me Trust. Compassion has never smelled so sweet!”.
“Working with Dr. Brian May and Anne Brummer is a privilege, a wonderful experience marked by the sensitivity and love towards animals that we all should have and actively get engaged in,” Momo said.
