ZZ Top’s official documentary, titled ZZ Top: That Little Ol’ Band from Texas, will be released on Blu-ray, DVD and digital video on February 28.
The documentary, produced by the Emmy award-winning Banger Films, was screened in more than 150 theaters across the U.S. last summer.
The rock band said on Twitter: “We’re excited to announce the upcoming release of ‘ZZ Top – That Little Ol’ Band From Texas’ on February 28.
The film includes interviews with singer/guitarist Billy Gibbons, bassist Dusty Hill and drummer Frank Beard.
It also features an intimate performance of four songs – “Shuffle In C / Fannie Mae,” “La Grange,” “Brown Sugar” and “Blue Jean Blues” – filmed at the historic Gruene Hall, archival footage, animated segments and conversations with celebrity fans.
