The Class 1A District 5 title will be on the line Friday night (10/25) when Sigourney-Keota hosts Mediapolis.  The ninth-ranked Savage Cobras and Mediapolis are both 4-0 in district play, while Sigourney-Keota has a perfect 8-0 record on the line.  Savage Cobras Coach Jared Jensen talks about what has gone right for his team this season.

“Well, I think just about everything.  We’ve grown a lot closer as a team this year than we have in the past.  I think a lot of the success comes back to the kids.  We just try to get them in the right place, get them to do the right thing and ultimately, it comes down to your talent level.  I think right now we just have a really good group of deep talented kids and that’s been the recipe for success all year.
