Oskaloosa High’s football team goes for its third consecutive win tonight when the Indians play at Norwalk. Oskaloosa Coach Jake Jenkins says it has been a while since the Indians and Warriors squared off. “I think we saw them four years ago because one of their lineman was starting as a freshman. And he was a good freshman and now he’s an outstanding senior. They have a couple of big, big guys up front, several big guys up front and one of them is a division one kid. So yeah, you’re going see a very big offensive line, defensive line. You’re going to see a talented team and a team that’s year in and year out solid. Good coaches, good program.”
Oskaloosa is 2-1 on the year; Norwalk comes in with a 1-2 record. You can hear the Oskaloosa/Norwalk game on KMZN and the No Coast Network. Pregame at 7:15 and the kickoff at 7:30.
