TOM PETTY & THE HEARTBREAKERS' 'MOJO' REISSUE TO INCLUDE TWO PREVIOUSLY UNRELEASED SONGS

Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers’ ‘Mojo’ Reissue To Include Two Previously Unreleased Songs

An expanded edition of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers’ Mojo reissue will feature two previously unreleased songs, including a cover of blues great Sonny Boy Williamson II’s “Help Me.”

The Extra Mojo Version of the 2010 blues-influenced album is set for a digital re-release on October 20 via Warner Records. “Mystery of Love” is the other unreleased song.

Mojo was originally released in June 2010 and debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200. It was the 12th studio album from Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, showcasing the band’s melodic range—from Rock ‘n’ Roll, to Country, to electric and acoustic Blues, to classic moody ballads.

The special reissue of Mojo marks the beginning of Tom Petty birthday celebrations in Gainesville. The rock icon’s birthday, October 20, also marks the 10th anniversary of the Tom Petty Nation fan club.
