LOU GRAMM CLAIMS 'PERSONAL VENDETTA' IS KEEPING FOREIGNER OUT OF ROCK & ROLL HALL OF FAME

Lou Gramm Claims ‘Personal Vendetta’ Is Keeping Foreigner Out Of Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame

Lou Gramm has alleged that a personal vendetta is keeping Foreigner out of Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame.

“It’s not anything to do with our music or the amount of hits or notoriety or anything like that. It’s a personal thing that we’re not in there,” the rock band’s former lead singer said during an appearance on The Rock Shop With Ralph.

“It’s a personal vendetta between the gentleman who owns Rolling Stone and Mick [Jones, co-founding guitarist],” he said in apparent reference to Rolling Stone former owner Jann Wenner, who co-founded the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Foundation. “It’s very juvenile, the whole thing, and I don’t think it’s gonna get any better. I think it’s gonna stay that way. I think we’re being made an example of.”

Gram said he felt the original Foreigner lineup should have been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame.
