Stevie Nicks Postpones Tour Dates Due To Shoulder Fracture

Stevie Nicks has postponed her upcoming tour dates for the next two months after suffering a shoulder fracture.

“Due to a recent injury resulting in a fractured shoulder that will require recovery time, Stevie Nicks’ scheduled concerts in August and September will be rescheduled,” said a statement shared on Instagram. The statement said October dates will be unaffected.

“More information will be available at point of purchase, ticketholders are advised to hold on to their tickets and consult the list of rescheduled dates below,” the post added. “All previously purchased tickets will be honored on the new date.”

Nicks was scheduled to kick off her fall tour in Brooklyn on August 8. After suffering the shoulder injury, the tour opener has been delayed to October 1 in Portland, Oregon. Shows in Detroit, Toronto, Boston and Tampa will also be rescheduled.

Meanwhile, Nicks and her former Fleetwood Mac bandmate Lindsey Buckingham are set to reissue their eponymous 1973 studio album, Buckingham Nicks, on September 19.
