Interested in having a plot at one of Oskaloosa’s Community Gardens?  Come learn more about the community gardens from the garden coordinators.  A Kickoff for Oskaloosa Community Gardens will be held Monday, April 3rd.  It will be at the Mahaska County Extension Office from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.

Other events at the kickoff include “Ask a Master Gardener” (your gardening questions); ISU Extension horticulture information available; and Gardening activities for the kids!

If you are interested in a garden plot but can not attend the kickoff – you are encouraged to contact the facilitators directly or Suzette Striegel @ Mahaska County Extension.
