BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN RELEASES 'TRACKS II: THE LOST ALBUMS'

Bruce Springsteen Releases ‘Tracks II: The Lost Albums’

Bruce Springsteen has released Tracks Ii: The Lost Albums, a collection of seven never-heard, full length records, via Sony Music.

Spanning 83 songs – 74 of which have never been released in any form – the nine LP / seven CD collection offers an unprecedented look into 35 prolific years of Springsteen’s life and work as an artist.

“‘The Lost Albums’ were full records, some of them even to the point of being mixed and not released,” said Springsteen. “I’ve played this music to myself and often close friends for years now. I’m glad you’ll get a chance to finally hear them.”

Springsteen recently discussed the albums in-depth with the New York Times and Rolling Stone, as well as in the new video feature, titled “Inside Tracks II: The Lost Albums.”

Included within Tracks II: The Lost Albums are LA Garage Sessions ’83, Streets of Philadelphia Sessions, Somewhere North of Nashville, Perfect World, Inyo, Faithless and Twilight Hours.

The Lost Albums arrive in limited-edition LP, CD and digital formats — including distinctive packaging for each previously-unreleased record, with a 100-page cloth-bound, hardcover book featuring rare archival photos, liner notes on each lost album from essayist Erik Flannigan and a personal introduction on the project from Springsteen. A companion set — Lost And Found: Selections from The Lost Albums — is also out on two LPs or one CD.
