Everyone with Diabetes Counts can help you or your loved one live a healthier life. Their program offers FREE diabetes education classes.  You will learn about:

• Ways to control your blood sugar levels.
• Low-cost healthy meals.
• How to become more physically active.
• Managing your diabetes medications.

Throughout the program, they will answer your questions and provides support for your concerns.

The program runs Tuesdays from September 27th, 2016 to November 1st, 2016 at the Hedrick Community Center.  These classes are held from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. To sign up, call Keokuk County Public Health at 641-622-3575.
